About the teacher: David Whitley
David Whitley is a Master RKC Kettlebell Instructor with certification in CK-FMS.
David Whitley has attained Master level of the Russian Kettlebell Certificiation from Dragon Door, the Universal standard in Kettlebell. Master RKCs are appointed after extensive experience as a Senior RKC and after demonstrating the highest levels of integrity, commitment, teaching skills, leadership and personal physical ability. Master RKCs are the only RKCs with the authority to teach Dragon Door approved RKC certification workshops on their own.
CK-FMS stands for Certified Kettlebell Functional Movement Specialist and it means that I am certified in Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Screen (a ranking and grading system scientifically created to document movement patterns that are key to normal function) and the corrective Kettlebell exercises that relate to the FMS.

Class Requirements
Bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Wear comfortable, soft, loose clothing that allows you to move, but not so baggy that it makes it difficult for the instructor to properly analyze your posture and technique during movements. Also wear shoes with flat sole.
